What is the shipping cost?
For all parts of Greece the shipping cost is 3.3€, while if the cost of your order is over 59€ it is free of charge.

By paying the price of your order upon delivery of the product to the place you have chosen.
Cost of cash on delivery 2.00€ . (Attention!!!! It is a payment method and is not related to shipping.)

How many days will I receive it?
The shipping time of your order is from 1 to 3 working days from the day of order completion.
Parcels are delivered from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
In case your order cannot be delivered, the sender will leave you a note on how to pick it up and contact the ELTA Courier branch.
*Shipment times may vary due to unpredictable factors such as: non immediate availability of the product, special processing, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, etc.
Can I track my order?
Every customer who has given an el. address (e-mail) and mobile phone in his details, on the day the order is sent he receives a unique number.
With this number it is possible to track your order in the Courier tracking system.
PICK UP FROM THE SHOP
Collection from the store is possible for any purchase. In case you have stated during the completion of your order that you wish to receive from our store, you will be notified by telephone by our associates in case there is a problem with the availability of a product of your order. When your order is ready to be picked up, you will be notified either by viber or sms message on your mobile phone or by phone. Your order will remain available in our store for 4 calendar days. If you do not receive your order within the 4 calendar days, your order will be cancelled.
The receipt of your order from the store can be done strictly with the name you have stated and your order code.
NOTE: No product is bound without a nominal order. Our company reserves the right to request a deposit for any order and to change prices without notice. Orders may take 1-3 business days to be processed.
